State, federal legislation now enable Arizona farmers to cultivate hemp

PHOENIX (AP) — Arizona farmers will quickly start hemp that is planting its byproduct – CBD oil – is exploding in appeal, with a few supporters saying it may overtake a conventional crop into the state because there’s more cash in the cannabis plant than cotton.
